Capital P on the Tracks Exclusive License
The exclusive rights & copyright of the musical compositions offered by Capital P on the Tracks are transfered to the customer. This agreement grants the customer the exclusive rights to use the acquired beat for all purposes, including: Audio Albums, Radio Advertisement, Commercial Advertisement, Television and/or Radio Broadcast, Internet Background Music, On-Hold & In-House Background Music, and/or Film Soundtracks.

Capital P on the Tracks Limited-Exclusive License
The exclusive rights & copyright of the musical compositions offered by Capital P on the Tracks are transfered to the customer. This agreement grants the customer the exclusive rights to use the acquired beat for all purposes, including: Audio Albums, Radio Advertisement, Commercial Advertisement, Television and/or Radio Broadcast, Internet Background Music, On-Hold & In-House Background Music, and/or Film Soundtracks.

Capital P on the Tracks Non-Exclusive Lease License
The royalty free non-exclusive musical compositions purchased by licensee remain the property of Capital P on the Tracks and are licensed, not sold, to you the licensee. The License expressly forbids resale or other distribution of Capital P on the Tracks compositions. Additionally, specific limitations exist for Recording Artists where Capital P on the Tracks musical instrumentals and/or beats can only be used for demonstration purposes and must adhere to the rules of "synchronization" where ADDITIONAL AUDIO AND VOCAL PERFORMANCES are recorded against and with Capital P on the Tracks compositions. You may not sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, or transfer all OR any of the products to another user, or for use in any competitive product. All distributed works must show the following legal music credit; Music Producer: Capital P on the Tracks

Capital P on the Tracks Creative Commons License (for Free Beats/Downloads Only)
Capital P on the Tracks keeps the copyright, but allows licensee to copy and distribute the Capital P on the Tracks' work provided you give us credit -- and only on the conditions specified here. Creative Commons License is free and may be used for non-commercial purposes as long as credit is given to "Capital P on the Tracks". Capital P on the Tracks Free Beats may NOT be copyrighted by the end user as their own. Free beats are copyrighted by Capital P on the Tracks. All distributed works must show the following legal music credit; Music Producer: Capital P on the Tracks
